the twin hinged top originally with rests, on adjustable ratchets, above a panelled drop-flap front fitted with a Brahma lock, revealing three baize lined slides for double folios, each with brass pole supports, the corner panels carved with palmettes and lappets on ribbed tapering legs and brass caps and castors stamped 'Cope's Patent'
