A GEORGE III MAHOGANY SERPENTINE SIDEBOARD
SHERATON PERIOD, IN THE MANNER OF GILLOWS, C.1790
inlaid with stringing and with satinwood banding, the front fitted with four drawers, the right side with a lift-out lead-lined cellaret compartment, the left possibly for washing glasses with cut-out linings, the sides with simulated drawer fronts, the left side with a secret cupboard, on moulded rhomboid legs
