A late 18th century South German walnut serpentine commode, with crossbanding, stringing and ivory marquetry, the top with a burr birch panel inlaid two cherubs holding cornucopia of flowers within a leaf and shell border, above three drawers with later brasswork, 29½in (75cm) high, 44½in (113cm) wide, 23½in (57.3cm) deep.
