The bulbous body raised on three shaped feet and with two tall handles to the sides, the lid topped with the large figure of a Chinese boy, karako, the sides with two large panels shaped as handscrolls painted with the scene of a man paying homage to a dignitary to one side, the nobleman surrounded by attendants fanning him; the reverse decorated with Immortals and children looking towards a goddess riding a dragon in the sky above, framed by bands of geometrical patterns in raised enamels, 40cm.
