A JAPANESE INLAID LACQUER PANEL
MODERN, 20TH CENTURY
The rectangular panel decorated with mixed metals and mother of pearl inlays on the dark lacquer ground, depicting fruiting vines growing over flowering branches, with a large inlaid crescent moon to the back, the metal with a silver mirror-like shine, a seal mark to the side reading Hoichi, framed, 85.5cm x 51.3cm.
