Of octagonal baluster form, each decorated with shishi prancing amongst peonies and other flowers, with ho-o birds in flight above; the sides with further vegetation including pines, bamboo, reishi fungi and karakusa scrolls; the shoulders with lobed panels enclosing formal floral patterns and further ho-o; the covers with similar decoration and each topped with a bud-shaped knop; 63.5cm and 62.5cm.
