Of rounded rectangular form, the lid and sides decorated in gold and silver hiramaki-e and kirikane on a nashiji ground, embellished with flowering branches of prunus issuing from behind rocky outcrops, with a small stream meandering to the side and scrolling clouds above, two purple silk cords attached to metal rings on the sides, the paulownia kiri mon decorating the mounts, 5.2cm x 5.2cm x 22.5cm.
