The well decorated in low relief with six ascetics, the elderly sages wearing ornate robes and holding various attributes, one with a vase of peonies; the reverse with a circular panel enclosing a large scaly dragon writhing amongst scrolling clouds, four characters above translating as 'the dragon leaps from the clouds', 26.5cm.
