MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH / 20TH CENTURY
The well decorated with flowering sprays of peonies, leaves and scrolling tendrils in underglaze blue and polychrome enamels, a small kintsugi gold lacquer repair to the rim; the underside painted with three beribboned clusters of cash, raised on a short foot with comb design, 21.3cm.
