A JAPANESE TEA CUP AND SAUCER BY KINKOZAN
MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH CENTURY
Both delicately painted with a design of purple and white wisteria flowers, the wells with a flutter of butterflies, the inner rim of the cup with a band of scrolling clouds, with details highlighted in gilt, the saucer signed Kinkozan in a rectangular cartouche and the cup with an impressed mark for Kinkozan zo, 12.2cm max.
