MEIJI PERIOD, 19TH CENTURY

One with a small rodent peeking out of a wood pumpkin; three each depicting a colony of rats; a large rat with its young and the remaining four climbing over fruits and mushrooms, some with signatures including Tomochika, Ikkosai and Masamitsu, 4cm max. (9)

Provenance: from the collection of a lady of title, and thence by descent.
