A JAPANESE ARITA BLUE AND WHITE RECTANGULAR DISH

Of lobed rectangular shape, the well decorated in underglaze blue with a panel enclosing two sturgeons swimming amongst seaweeds, framed by a border of karakusa scrolls; the reverse with four clusters of scrolling tendrils and raised on a foot with key-fret border; with a fuku mark, 20.6cm.
