Depicted standing, holding a bottle in one hand and the other opened towards the ground; wearing long loose robes and with a typical, elaborate headdress with smaller heads, scrolling clouds and jewels; raised on a lotus throne rising from a rocky outcrop and on a tiered base; the back of the shrine with a long inscription reading as Tōji Chinjū Hakusan Daigongen (The Great Avatar of Hakusan, the protector deity of this temple), Honji Jūichinen Kanzeon (the original form of the Eleven-Headed Kannon) and signed An'ami saku (made by An'ami); the figure 25cm, 29cm overall.
