The square body decorated with a central scene of an egret in flight above crashing waves, the sky and water depicted in musen (wireless) and shosen (partially wireless) enamels, the rim with a continuous band of many seashells and seaweed, the reverse with an unusual pattern of waves and flowerheads and the rim with further flowers and scrolling tendrils, 29.4cm.
