The circular body cast in high relief with a central roundel of cranes and their young under large pine, prunus and magnolia trees, feeding from a turtle in the centre, the inside of the rim with a continuous design of seashells amongst waves and branches of bamboo, signed Tenka Morita and with another inscription, 12.7cm dia.
