TWO SMALL JAPANESE GILT-BRONZE MODELS OF BOYS BY MIYAO

Both depicted standing and holding a small drum with the hidari-mitsudomoe Shinto symbol on, the children laughing and with details of their robes picked out in gilt, raised on small wood stands decorated with birds and scrolling tendrils in gilt, both with a two character signature reading Miyao for Miyao Eisuke of Yokohama, both 8.7cm.
