An early 20th Century open faced fob watch

An early 20th Century open faced fob watch, the gold dial with black Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial and blue guilloche enamel decoration to the bezel and reverse and applied with scroll designs set with small diamonds, suspended from a gold brooch with similar diamond and enamel decoration with a gold neck chain mounted with seed pearls and blue enamel cylinder links. The inner case signed Oscar Fresard and numbered 48175. The chain 32cm long with an associated Cartier box.
