A diamond and ruby set cluster ring, the round brilliant cut diamond weighs approximately 3.15cts and is millegrain set within a surround of calibre cut rubies and further surround of smaller brilliant cut diamonds in platinum. The engraved shoulders each millegrain set with three small graduated circular cut diamonds. Size M 1/2.
