A Georgian ivory miniature brooch, late 18th century, of navette outline, the centre with a glazed ivory miniature of a woman holding as basket of fruit, the basket intricately composed of seed pearls and gold, to a border of blue and white enamel banding, the reverse with a glazed compartment for hair, applied with intertwined initials, mounted in gold, length 4.6cm, later brooch fittings
