A collection of fob seals, 19th century, comprising seven seals mounted in gold: one in carnelian carved with a figure of fame blowing her trumpet; one in citrine carved with a coat of arms; one in white chalcedony with initals in a garter border reading 'Thomas's Hotel Berkeley Square'; one in light yellow chalcedony with a knot and the motto 'A Toi Seul' ('Yours Alone'); one in plain bloodstone; one in carnelian with a tree and the motto 'Nec Fluctu Nec Flatu' ('Neither Wind nor Wave'); and one in white chalcedony with the name 'Isabella', tallest 3.6cm; together with two smaller gilt metal seals, tallest 1.9cm
