An early 20th century natural pearl, ruby and diamond brooch by Chaumet, the oval brooch centred with three natural pearls within a surround of calibre-cut rubies and seed pearls with white enamel border, with rose-cut diamond-set foliate terminals in platinum and gold, French control marks and maker's mark for Joseph Chaumet, 5.6cm long fitted Chaumet case

The three principal pearls are natural saltwater as per verbal report from GCS. Seed pearls may be natural or cultured.
