A collection of early 19th century mourning jewellery, comprising: two brooch/pendants and a scarf pin with seed pearl borders around glazed hairwork compartments, in gold, scarf pin converted, max width 3.8cm; two brooches with black enamel grounds, one with floral seed pearl decoration, the other centred with an urn above a diamond-set plinth, both with inscriptions to the reverse around glazed hairwork compartments, in gold, max width 3cm; a Stuart crystal slide with initials over plaited hairwork and counter enamel, pearls untested, slide attachments lacking, width 2.2cm; a brooch/pendant with garnet and pearl border around vacant glazed compartment, in gold, pearls untested, width 2.2cm; a pendant with green paste and seed pearl ribbon-tie border around glazed hairwork compartment, in gold, length 2.5cm; a pendant with garnet urn-shaped border around vacant glazed compartment, in gold, length 3cm; a brooch with black onyx border around glazed hairwork compartment, in gold, width 2.6cm; together with a ruby and topaz-set floral brooch, in silver, width 2.4cm
