λ A COLLECTION OF 19TH CENTURY JEWELLERY, comprising: a 19th century enamel and gold mourning pendant, of navette form, depicting a woman in mourning on ivory, within a blue enamel frame and a further white enamel and gold frame, suspended from a later 9ct yellow gold bow brooch, the reverse of the pendant later inscribed 'M.L. to J.S.L, 1902, to J.A.L, 1903, M.E.L., 1937' in yellow gold, brooch with Birmingham hallmarks for 1909, length 5.5cm; a late 18th century garnet framed portrait miniature brooch, C1775, set with an oval portrait of a gentleman on card, within a border of step-cut garnets, in gold plate, inscribed 'William J West, 1775', length 4.8cm; and a late 19th century memorial locket pendant choker, the pendant with an oval depiction on ivory of a woman weeping in a classical landscape with a cherub above, inscribed 'Weep not it falls to rise again, in memory of a much lov'd father', within a stone-set border, with a glazed hairwork compartment verso, in yellow gold, to a fabric and yellow gold choker necklace, pendant length 6cm
