Sir Griffith Boynton, 7th Baronet (1769-1801), was born and baptised on 17th July 1769, the eldest son of Sir Griffith, 6th Baronet (1743-1778). He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge, achieving a Master of Arts in 1789. He married Ann Maria, daughter of Capt. Richard Parkhurst, in Winchester on 7th August 1790. Sir Griffith died without issue at Burton Agnes and was buried there on 28th July 1801.
