A Victorian natural pearl and diamond brooch, late 19th century, of heart-shaped design, centred with a drop-shaped pearl framed by graduated cushion-cut diamonds below a floral spray set with old circular-cut and rose-cut diamonds, in silver and gold, length 3.1cm

Accompanied by GCS report number 5785-1632 dated 7th March 2025 stating that the pearl is natural saltwater.
