An early 19th century French hollow natural pearl and diamond swan brooch, the pearl forming part of the body and the upper section set with rose-cut diamonds and a red stone eye in silver, French control marks, 3cm wide

Accompanied by report number 02929 dated 27 May 2010 from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory, London stating that the irregular oval-shaped part-drilled pearl measures 9.9 x 22mm approximately and is a natural hollow saltwater pearl.
