An Art deco diamond and gem-set enamel fob watch by Vacheron and Constantin, the rectangular dial signed Vacheron & Constantin Geneve Suisse, black Arabic numerals with black and red enamel decoration (probably restored), the reverse pavé-set with a Japanese influenced foliate design, pavé-set with circular-cut diamonds with buff-top, emeralds, sapphires and black onyx, pearl winder and suspending from a conforming bar brooch ajoined with a marquise-shaped diamond with two circular-cut diamonds in platinum and white gold, 8cm high
