An intricate cabochon sapphire enamel and gem-set pendant by H.G. Murphy, the circular pendant set with a central oval cabochon blue sapphire within concentric borders decorated with cream, red and green enamel, the outer border formed from elliptical crossover strapwork motifs set with rubies, pyramidal plaques set with emeralds within abstract borders decorated with orange, cream and green enamel, with blue and orange enamel and pellet decoration in pierced yellow gold setting, the reverse with a border of green and white enamel surround gold strapwork and orange trefoils, 4.2cm diameter, folding gold pendant loop, original gold chain, 42cm long, original fitted box
