A late 18th century gold pendant, mounted with an oval miniature painting of a lady, her hair worn up and wearing a lace trimmed yellow dress. Within blue guilloche enamel border repeated to the reverse and centred with an octagonal glazed section containing hair and marked firstborn. Seed pearl border. The miniature 4.8cm high.
