A French early 20th Century Burmese sapphire and diamond ring, the slightly oval shaped sapphire weighs 3.64cts and is set in platinum with three small diamonds to each shoulder. French control marks, obscured maker's lozenge and numbered 380. Size N.

Accompanied by report number 75939 dated 20th August 2014 from SSEF, Switzerland stating that the oval brilliant cut sapphire measures 9.07 x 8.50 x 5.51mm, weighs 3.647ct, with blue of medium strong saturation. The natural sapphire with no indications of heating. Origin Burma.

Accompanied by report number 13100297 dated 7th November 2013 from Gubelin, Switzerland stating that oval brilliant cut sapphire shows no evidence of heating. Origin: Burma.
