An early 20th Century diamond pearl and enamel gold pendant, the hexafoil pendant with blue guilloche enamel, surmounted with a smaller millegrain set diamond flowerhead. Suspended from a fine link neck chain set with a pearl and with a further pearl below. Glazed locket compartment to reverse.
