A turquoise, gold and ruby cat brooch by Cartier, set with two oval turquoise matrix cabochons forming the cat's head and body mounted in gold, with textured gold claws forming the paws. Textured and engraved gold ears, face and whiskers, with circular-cut ruby eyes. Signed to the reverse Cartier, Italy. 3.5cm high. Red Cartier pouch.
