A gem-set parrot brooch by Cartier, pavé-set overall with graduated round brilliant-cut diamonds, carved mother-of-pearl beak, emerald eye and buff-top sapphires to the wings and tail, perched amongst tutti frutti carved emerald leaves with diamond-set carved ruby flower heads, platinum mount, signed Cartier, French control marks, numbered 67185B, c1995, 5.7cm high
