A 19th century opal and diamond pendant, the centre cluster set with six heart-shaped opals within hexafoil border and a further concentric surround of opal hearts and diamond stylised fleur de lys clusters, on an opal and diamond scrolling bale. Set in silver and gold. 4.2cm long. Fitted case.
