A LATE 19TH CENTURY BRUSHED GOLD LETTER OPENER, decorated with a fleur-de-lys set with an oval sapphire and rose-cut diamonds, to a silk tassel, inscribed Sempre! (Italian for always) and a royal cipher, length 10cm
