A gentlemen's 18ct yellow gold open faced pocket watch by Patek Philippe, the plain signed gold dial with applied gold Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds dial. Engraved to the reverse with a bird crest. The movement signed and numbered 805696 for 1952, and numbered 608586 and inscription for 9th January 1953. 4.5cm wide. With a two colour 9ct gold fine link watch chain, 7g, 34cm. Fitted case.
