A Burmese sapphire and diamond cluster ring, the cushion-shaped sapphire is set with three baguette-shaped diamonds to each shoulders in platinum. Size N.

Accompanied by report number 58062 dated 14th December 2010 from SSEF, Switzerland stating that the antique cushion-shaped sapphire measures 9.37 x 8.86 x 6.02mm, weighs 4.428cts and is a natural sapphire with no indications of heating. Origin: Burma.
