A diamond-set heart shaped pendant

A diamond-set heart shaped pendant, pavé-set with graduated old circular cut diamonds in silver and gold. Removable glazed locket section to the reverse, with a fine link platinum neck chain set with seed pearls. The pendant 2cm wide, the chain 45cm long.
