A LATE 19TH CENTURY BLISTER PEARL AND DIAMOND BROOCH, set with a large blister pearl weighing 34.13cts within foliate surround set with old cushion-shaped diamonds in silver on gold, length 8cm
Accompanied by report number 5786-3887 dated 2nd September 2026 from GCS which states that the blister pearl shows no indication of treatment and is natural saltwater
