A magnifying glass. The fluted gold handle by Faberge. The terminal centred with a blue/grey chalcedony cabochon within rose cut diamond border and further laurel surround. Tied striated borders to the upper and lower sections. Marks: FABERGE in cyrillic (partially obscured). 56 with kokoschnik. Rubbed workmasters initials, possibly for Michael Perchin. The handle 11.5cm long. With later added magnifying glass and almost certainly converted from a parasol handle. Together with a note from Wartski. Fitted case by Wartski.
