A 19th century emerald mounted gold cruciform pendant

A 19th century emerald mounted gold cruciform pendant, the six emerald cut emeralds are set within smaller old cushion-shaped diamonds in gold cut down collet setting. 5.2cm long (excluding bale).

Accompanied by report number 11683 dated 21st August 2015 from The Gem and Pearl Laboratory, London stating that uppermost emerald shows signs of minor clarity enhancement, the other five stones show signs of moderate clarity enhancement. All are natural emeralds. Origin opinion: Colombia.

Provenance:

The emeralds were formerly the propertly of Charles Pratt, the 1st Earl Camden, given to his daughter and thence by direct decent to the current owner.
