A mid 17th century gold locket pendant, probably French, sumptuously painted in polychrome enamel with flowers including tulips with gold decoration to the handles of the urn on a plinth, white enamel ground, tightly scrolled border, bifurcated suspension loop, counter enamelled in blue within fine filigree surround, 9cm high
