A 19th century natural pearl and diamond cluster ring, set with a central pearl within a surround of old cushion-shaped diamonds in silver and gold, French control marks, size P 1/2

Accompanied by report number 79220-12 dated 20 June 2019 from GCS, London stating that the cream pearl weighs 6.04cts and is natural saltwater with no indications of heat treatment.
