A Nepalese presentation knife (kothimora kukri), blade 9.25in, brass mounted horn grip; the scabbard largely covered by the richly decorated white metal mounts, locket incorporating a gilt image of a Gandharan Buddha and with small pendant escutcheon, shield-shaped badge depicting a horse hair plumed crown surmounted by an eagle and supported by crossed flagstaffs, crossed kukri emblem to the blue cloth ground, chape embossed with a peacock, horn hilted by-knives.
