A small collection of British silver coins, including: Edward II (1307-27), penny, London, central fleur of crown formed by indented wedges (S 1458), good fine or better; Edward III (1327-77), groat, London, much clipped with incomplete legend; Edward VI, shilling, fine silver issue (1551-3), facing bust and rose (S 2482), bust almost erased, reverse better, good fair; Elizabeth I, sixpence, 1574, mm. eglantine, pierced, good fair; and other items including coins of James I, Charles II, James II, and others later.
