A Omani sword (kattara), double edged blade 32.5 in. with rounded tip; silver repousse mounted hilt with leather grip; leather covered scabbard with silver repousse mounts en suite to the hilt and comprising locket, chape and four bands, the first and second bands with suspension rings and a short leather strap.
