A cased British six-shot transitional revolver, octagonal barrel 5.75 in. with dovetailed front sight, plain cylinder, round action with acanthus engraving to the sides, backstrap and butt cap; self-cocking with bar hammer, chequered wooden grips, in apparently original fitted and baize lined case with powder flask, turn-screw, rammer and oil bottle; trade label of William Ling.
