China - Empire: Canton Mint interest: one cash, excavated condition; one cash, 1889, extremely fine; each with a card bearing M/S descriptions.

The first coin is described as having been found during the excavation of the Canton Mint in 1888, the second as one of the first coins struck in the new mint, June 1899; each making reference to a George Cale.
