Two medals to Private James Corrigan, 3rd Battalion the Royal Lancashire Regiment: Queen's South Africa, 2nd reverse, 2 clasps: Cape Colony, Orange Free State; King's South Africa, 2 dated clasps (6417 PTE J. CORRIGAN, RL: LANC: REGT), good very fine and toned. [2]

A Hydraulic Stevedore working at Salford Dock, Corrigan attested for the 3rd (Militia) battalion 11th April 1899, aged 17 years and 11 months. He embarked for South Africa 11th Fenbruary 1900, and returned to England 13th January 1902. Offered with copy research.
