Attributed to Gerrit de Haen (Dutch 17th Century) A Roman sacrifice possibly the Sacrifice at Lystra Signed G.D. HAEN. Oil on panel 82 x 67cm; 32¼ x 26¼in Benezit lists Gerrit de Haen as working in Amsterdam and the Hague in the 17th Century. His signature is recorded as G. DE. HAEN. which is close to the signature on this work. There is also a Gabriel de Haen recorded as working in Rotterdam in the 17th Century.
